Originally from St. Catherine, Jamaica, I now call Salt Lake City, Utah, home. As a yoga teacher, I help students discover balance, strength, and connection within themselves—mirroring the transformation I’ve experienced through my own practice. My classes combine energizing movement with moments of stillness, offering a space to recharge the body, mind, and spirit. With nearly two years of teaching experience, I’m committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students of all levels feel empowered. My approach emphasizes thoughtful alignment—shaped by my personal experiences with injuries and physical limitations—and mindful breathing practices to foster deeper connection and presence. I draw inspiration from my own life journey, weaving themes like self-discovery, gratitude, metamorphosis, and resilience into my teaching to bring purpose and reflection to each practice. Yoga has been a life-saving force in my life, guiding me through challenges and reconnecting me with what truly matters. I’m honored to share its transformative power, creating a space where others can find growth, empowerment, and joy in movement. Outside of teaching, I love exploring creativity through art and design, dancing, and embracing moments of stillness and self-care.
