About me
My name is Brooke and I started Sego Yoga to help others find balance in their lives through the practice of yoga. After years of being a backpacking/hiking guide, Wilderness First Responder, and 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, I have a unique combination of outdoor and yoga experience which lead me to start Sego Yoga. I strive to create an environment that is both calming and energizing. I believe that yoga is the perfect practice for connecting to our bodies, calming the mind, and being present in the moment. When I'm not out exploring Southern Utah's canyons and rivers, I enjoy spending time with my dog, reading, and hanging out with friends and family.
