A challenging and energizing power vinyasa class designed to target a specific myofascial meridian.  Fascia is the connective tissue that both connects and separates EVERYTHING in the body.  Within the fascial network are specific fascia lines.  This practice will be sequenced and tuned to target a set of lines.  The sequence will be designed to build heat, create hydration within the tissues, enhance stability, and ending with holds to enhance mobility and flexibility.   This class will take you on a journey that not only challenges your strength and endurance, but also nourishes your body's connective tissue, increases range of motion, releases stored tension, all aiming to create a deeper freedom in your practice! Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and restore in this powerful flow!  This workshop is open to all who are ready to dive deep and move with intention.  Through challenges we grow, and through growth, we live!
