This class is not for the faint of heart… I will be asking you to clean house, to clear it out, and to let loose what’s no longer serving you. This is a safe space for allowing yourself to feel it, to forgive it, to thank it, and to set it free. I can not wait to share this sacred space of shedding with you 🤍
