Attendees will gain practical skills in mindful cueing, which includes using language that fosters safety and comfort for all students; explore techniques for setting up and leading sequences that are adaptable to various needs, ensuring that all participants feel empowered and supported. This workshop will cover the strength, balance, and technique needed to master arm balances and arm balance transitions. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this workshop will offer something for everyone. Through targeted drills, the use of props, and expert guidance, you will learn how to properly stack and align your body for a solid arm balance foundation. Different arm balances will be broken down step by step, and for those more familiar with arm balances, different transitions will be broken down. All levels are welcome.
