This immersive session delves deep into the yogic principle of Ahimsa (non-harming), guiding you through mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection to cultivate compassion and kindness towards yourself and others. We will breakdown several common postures and look at how we can keep them in our practice, injury free. You will leave with many ways to integrate this practice into daily life beyond the yoga mat.
